Each panel is beautifully tactile and naturally unique due to the distribution and colour of the wood chips which are made from a variety of wood species, including, but not limited to walnut, oak, ash and pine. The resin can be customised to any suitable RAL color but our standard popular colors include Raspberry, Nougat, Fig, Liquorice, Pistachio, Blueberry, Mulberry, Truffle and Oyster.

What is TreeAzzo made from?

TreeAzzo is made from high-quality resin combined with wood chip wastage from the woodworking industry. The wood chips can include a variety of species, including walnut, oak, ash and pine, creating the distinctive natural variation visible within each surface. As standard, TreeAzzo comes with sustainable FSC® Certified (FSC-C009500) plywood backing.

What can TreeAzzo be used for?

TreeAzzo is a versatile surface suitable for a wide range of interior applications. With an 18mm ply backing, it can be used for furniture making, cabinetry, worktops and counter splashbacks, and can be drilled and cut like any other wood board based products.TreeAzzo is also available with fibre cement backing, ideal for use as tiles on floors or walls.

How is TreeAzzo different from traditional terrazzo?

Traditional terrazzo is typically made by combining chips of materials such as marble, granite, quartz or glass within a cement or resin binder. TreeAzzo takes inspiration from the distinctive appearance of terrazzo but uses wood chips instead, creating a surface that celebrates the natural color, grain and variation of timber. The wood chips, which are wastage from the woodworking industry, are bound in high-quality resin with an 18mm plywood backing, creating an extremely versatile surface. The result combines the graphic, patterned character associated with terrazzo with the warmth and individuality of real wood.

What finishes are available for TreeAzzo?

TreeAzzo has a lacquered finish as standard for lasting durability – an oiled finish is provided on the brushed Nougat option. It is also available in a brushed or completely smooth sanded finish.

How is TreeAzzo made?

Every TreeAzzo panel is handmade, so the distribution and color of the wood chips naturally varies from panel to panel. Alongside our standard range of TreeAzzo colors, the high-quality resin can be customised to any suitable RAL color, your can use our TreeAzzo visualiser tool to explore options.
